2 hours later and I am in awe !
Is it wrong that i want to walk around in this all the time?
I know pearls are more evening wear but i'm sure i could tone it down for a shopping trip
LOL
With the bob Christina really reminds me of Roxy Heart from Chicago, the style really suits her
I was in awe of the beautiful costumes that the actresses wore so I googled their origin only to find that they were created by one of my favourite costume designers, Michael Kaplan.
Cher's website states
"Kaplan drew from the art form’s long history. The costumes, he says, span “the ’20s through the ’40s, and there’s also a feeling of the ’50s and ’60s too. Some of it even has a tiny bit of futurism.”
This basque is suductive with a slight humour (there are also hand prints on the boobs)
I think if there were somewhere that sold lingerie like this it would sell really well. There's nothing more daunting for myself (i don't know if any of you feel the same) than walking into the room with the guy just staring at you. At least this would lighten the mood a little !
When I was looking for images of the costumes I found this shot.
Not only do i love the actual garment, the feather, swarovski crystals and incredile boning, but the actual photography or still (can't quite decide what it is) really drew me in.
Let me know what you think
